Sustainable Materials
Our swimwear fabric is made with 78% ECONYL® regenerated nylon. By using fibre made of pre and post-consumer waste such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, and carpet fluff, we slow down the production of new plastic. This is one of the small steps how LOVEOCEAN helps clean up our planet.
ECONYL® regenerated nylon has the same qualities of regular nylon but can be recycled, recreated, and remolded again and again. This means garment manufacture could potentially become a closed-loop system where nylon could forever be reused and recycled! All ECONYL® yarns have the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certificate, class I (products for babies) to prove the maximum safety of products.
Ethical & Eco-Friendly Manufacturing
Our swimwear is carefully made by a talented crew of tailors in the highest standards of quality in ethical and eco-friendly manufacturing in Bali, Indonesia. They use certified earth-friendly dyes & only pack swimwear in bio-degradable packaging. Any left-over fabric scraps get recycled again.
The manufacturing company complies with all worker regulations, paying employees well over the minimum wage, and offering insurance not only for each employee but also for their family members. Also, they provide a freshly healthy cooked lunch every day and double wages for overtime.
Reusable Cotton Bag
Each swimwear is carefully placed into a LOVEOCEAN drawstring bag made of organic cotton. The fabric is natural, durable, washable, and reusable!
Re-use them as bags for your fruit & veg shopping, washing bags, a makeup case or just to keep your beautiful swimsuits protected.
Plantable Cards
Our cards are made of plantable paper – special handmade paper embedded with USDA-approved, non-GMO wildflower seeds. When the card is planted in soil, wildflowers will grow from it!
Cards are 100% made with donated material from a variety of sources such as local schools and businesses to help save trees and reduce waste sent to landfills. The inks are derived from natural, soy-based pigments, the dyes in the ink are organic and readily decompose. Our cards pose absolutely no threat to the environment in production!
Recycled Mailing Packaging
Each swimwear is carefully placed into a LOVEOCEAN drawstring bag made of organic cotton. The fabric is natural, durable, washable, and reusable!
Our mailing packaging is made of 100% recycled plastic. It has a handy tear strip for easy opening and a dual self-seal adhesive strip for reuse. In the production every single package saves:

Carbon Neutral Shipment
Climate change is the most important issue our planet faces, so we ship carbon neutral.
How does this actually work? Carbon emissions could be offset by an equivalent investment in carbon capture projects, such as the development of renewable energy or forestry programs. Therefore, for every order placed on, we purchase offsets of CO2 to reduce our carbon footprint.
