Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you will receive all of the information such as the order and shipping confirmation via the e-mail address you provided in the order.
The benefit of creating an account is that when you sign in next time, your shipping and billing address will be automatically filled in for you. You will also be able to keep track of past and current orders.
What is your shipping policy?
LOVEOCEAN ships only within the USA and offer 3-5 business days shipping. For orders over $70, shipping is free. For orders under $70, shipping is $5.
We offer delivery services from UPS and USPS based on the location you are shipping from.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and sent from New York, NY (orders placed after 2pm ET are processed the next business day). You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your LOVEOCEAN package ships.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, and UnionPay credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment confirmation that includes a tracking number that will help you locate your LOVEOCEAN package.
What is your return/exchange policy?
In a few words, we offer free exchanges and paid refunds (a $5 fee will be charged from your refund). You can find additional information below:
We have a return policy if the sanitary liner is still in place, and the swimwear has not been washed or worn, then you have 15 days to return it. Please reach out to email@example.com with the subject: 'RETURN' with your order number, name of items, and the reason why you want to return them. We will send you our return label. There is a $5 restocking fee in all returns (which will be charged from your refund). Make sure to review our Shipping & Returns page.
We do not offer direct exchanges. We suggest you place a new order for the items you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange items are in stock. In this case, a $5 restocking fee will not be charged from your refund.
Why do you take a $5 fee from returns?
In a few words, the $5 fee covers the return cost. As a small business we were faced with a choice between two options: increase the cost of swimwear or take a $5 fee from returns. So, we chose to keep prices affordable for you by offering free exchanges and paid refunds.
What if I need to change/cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, we can change your information with no problem as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after we receive returned items.
What size am I?
To find your perfect size, please refer to our Size Guide page, which will demonstrate suggested measurements. On that page, you may also find the sizes and measurements of our models.
Please take note that sizes may vary between brands, you should pick the size of a top and a bottom according to your measurements. Do not hesitate if your LOVEOCEAN size is different from your regular size.

All LOVEOCEAN swimwear is made of beautiful Italian fabric.
78% Regenerated nylon - consisting of ECONYL® - 100% regenerated nylon fiber made of pre and post-consumer waste such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet fluff, and other plastic-based materials.
22% LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ - this high-quality fiber provides exceptional shape retention, chlorine resistance, UV protection, and extends the life of your LOVEOCEAN swimwear.
How should I care for my LOVEOCEAN?
Treat your favorite swimwear with love and care, here are the simple rules:
Cold hand wash in mild soap.
Do not wring, soak or bleach.
Do not machine dry, iron or dry clean.
Dry in a shaded area.
Try not to leave it rolled up wet for a long period of time.
What does a "Sustainable brand" mean?
Sustainable brand grows in harmony with society and the environment.
That means the brand is responsible for the product it sells and for all the components that go into that product, by choosing fibers and materials that are organic, recycled, and decomposable.
Sustainable brand limits harmful chemicals and dyes, reduces energy and water consumption, waste, and overall chooses low-impact options when possible.
Is regenerated nylon the same quality as regular nylon?
Yes, it’s exactly the same. Regular nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity. The quality of recycled nylon fabric is not compromised during this process.
Why sustainable fashion is more expensive?
Unfortunately, the ubiquity of clothing makes it easy not to think about how it was made and where it came from. Every piece of clothing is handmade by someone on a sewing machine. Robots can't sew clothes, and even a $5 T-shirt - was stitched together by a person!
But have you ever thought how much earn people who make T-shirts for $5 and how much they work to feed their families? And it's only the tip of the iceberg.
We work with an ethical manufacturer that complies with all worker regulations, paying employees well over the minimum wage, and offering insurance not only for each employee but also for their family members.
Also, using high-quality natural eco-friendly or recycled materials contributes to the cost of clothes due to smaller economies of scale than environmentally unfriendly materials that pollute our planet.
