SHIPPING & RETURNS
LOVEOCEAN delivers only within the USA. We are not able to deliver anywhere else in the world at the present time, we hope to change this in the future.
We offer free 3-5 business days shipping for orders over $70. For orders under $70, shipping is $10.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from Austin, Texas (orders placed after 4 pm CT are processed the next business day). You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your LOVEOCEAN package ships.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, we suggest that you place a new order for the items you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange items are in stock. In this case, a $5 restocking fee will not be charged from your refund.
Final Sale Items
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on final sale items. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the size, please reach out to for guidance or review our Size Guide.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
LOVEOCEAN offers refunds only for the purchases of products in the exact same condition as it has been received within 15 days upon the arrival. There is a $5 restocking fee in all returns which will be charged from your refund.
Please, email with subject: 'RETURN', your order number, and items returning. We will send you our return shipping label with additional instructions.
Place your items back into the original package it was shipped in by using the second adhesive strip. LOVEOCEAN will not accept any items returned damaged in any way. It must be with the hygienic sticker, hang tags, unwashed, unused, not soiled (traces of make-up/spray tan/deodorant) with the original packaging. Please take note, if your items are not approved for return, we will not be able to ship it back and you will lose it.
Take the package to your local post office and ship it back. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You can expect your refund within 10 days after we receive the returned package.
