Shipping Policy

LOVEOCEAN delivers only within the USA. We are not able to deliver anywhere else in the world at the present time, we hope to change this in the future.


We offer free 3-5 business days shipping for orders over $70. For orders under $70, shipping is $5. All orders are sent from New York, NY. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your LOVEOCEAN package ships.

♡ All orders from our swimwear collection are shipped within 1-2 business days.

♡ Our linen collection is made to order, so we usually need a week to complete and ship your purchase. In each case, if you reach out, we will tell you the exact date of the scheduled shipping.


We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you would like and return your current order for a full refund.

Swimwear ― 40% off

When swimwear is marked as "40% off" that means this is a final price for the product, there are left just a few items, and the product will not be restocked.

As we're against any waste and want your satisfaction from purchasing quality swimwear that lasts forever - you CAN exchange or return products purchased on sale.

Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for free. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


LOVEOCEAN offers refunds only for the purchases of products in the exact same condition as it has been received within 15 days upon the arrival. 


NOTE: customized orders are non-refundable.

Return Process loveocean linen clothing
  1. Please, email with the subject: 'RETURN', your order number, and items returning. We will send you our return shipping label with additional instructions.

  2. Place your items back into the original package it was shipped in by using the second adhesive strip. LOVEOCEAN will not accept any items returned damaged in any way. It must be in the same condition received, unwashed, unused, not soiled (traces of make-up/spray tan/deodorant) with the original packaging. Please take note, if your items are not approved for return, we will not be able to ship it back and you will lose it.

  3. Take the package to your local post office and ship it back. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You can expect your refund within 10 days after we receive the returned package.
